CNH Industrial N.V. (NYSE: CNHI / MI: CNHI) today announced that it has completed its
previously announced offering of $500 million in aggregate principal amount of 3.850% notes
due 2027, with an issue price of 99.384%.
The net proceeds of the offering were approximately $494 million after payment of offering
and related expenses. CNH Industrial N.V. intends to use the net proceeds from this offering
for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
The notes, which are senior unsecured obligations of CNH Industrial N.V., will pay interest
semi-annually on May 15 and November 15 of each year, beginning on May 15, 2018. The
notes will mature on November 15, 2027. CNH Industrial N.V. will apply to list the notes on the
New York Stock Exchange.
BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan and Wells Fargo Securities acted as the joint book-running
