London, February 1
CNH Industrial communicated today the salary bonus values for the Company’s Italian employees,
payable in the forthcoming February pay slips, to the Italian Union Organizations. The bonus is
related to productivity and efficiency gains achieved, as covered in the specific Collective Labor
agreement applicable to all CNH Industrial employees in Italy.
The 2017 results vary depending on the performance achieved by each separate production unit,
measured according to the WCM (World Class Manufacturing) system.
Amongst the key manufacturing premises, the sites of Suzzara and Torino Motori have respectively
improved and maintained their performance, thus receiving average amounts of some €1,320.
Overall, the performance results vary across sites, with some plants seeing progress, while others
experienced flat or less favorable results compared with the previous year.
The Company’s remuneration policy, introduced in July 2015, foresees the direct engagement of all
employees in achieving productivity results, quality and profitability within its strategic business plan.
