On November 7, 2023, CNH Industrial announced that its application to delist its ordinary shares from Euronext Milan had been approved by Borsa Italiana. CNHI Industrial’s common shares will continue to be listed on Euronext Milan until December 29, 2023. The single listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) will be effective starting from January 2, 2024. Click here for more information
