CNH INDUSTRIAL’S NAFTA CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER ELECTED TO NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF MANUFACTURERS’ BOARD

CNH Industrial (NYSE: CNHI /MI: CNHI) announces that Leandro Lecheta, Chief Operating Officer, NAFTA, has been elected to the National Association of Manufacturers’ (NAM) board of directors. The NAM is the largest industrial trade association in the United States, with more than 14,000 members; the organization represents small and large manufacturers in every industrial sector.
“I am honored to be a part of the NAM Board and advocate for policies that will ensure our continued growth and success as manufacturers,” said Leandro Lecheta.
The National Association of Manufacturers’ board of directors is comprised of manufacturing industry executives who are the driving force behind NAM’s advocacy efforts. Mr. Lecheta was elected to the NAM Board to promote growth in manufacturing by advancing policy and advocating for the industry, which employs more than 12 million people, in the United States.
“Mr. Lecheta is a recognized and respected leader in our industry and he will bring valuable insights to the NAM Board of Directors,” said NAM President and Chief Executive Officer Jay Timmons.
Mr. Lecheta joined CNH Industrial in 2007 serving as Chief Financial Officer for the LATAM region, a position he held until 2010 upon his appointment as Vice President of Finance for the Case IH brand in Racine, Wisconsin, USA. In 2013, Mr. Lecheta was nominated Chief Financial Officer for the North American region, and subsequently became Head of Global Sales and Operations Planning for CNH Industrial in 2014. He assumed the role of Chief Operating Officer of the North American region in 2017.
