The brand presented its products at the United Arab Emirates' agricultural fair with the aim of strengthening its presence in Africa and the Middle East
LUGANO, Switzerland - (May 18, 2009) - Case IH, the global manufacturer and seller of agricultural equipment, part of the Fiat Group (FIA.MI), participated in the first edition of Eima Gulf. The trade fair for agricultural and gardening machinery and products was held in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The show was organized with the support of UNACOMA, Italy's National Union of Agricultural Machine Manufacturers, who are part of the European committee of agricultural machine manufacturer associations and the organizers of Eima International, one of Europe's most important farm machine exhibitions. From 28-30 April 2009, in Abu Dhabi's newest National Exhibition Centre, the entire agricultural industry, along with Case IH, had the opportunity to introduce their products and activities to the market with the world's highest economic growth (10% annually).
Case IH, in close collaboration with its distributor in the country Al Shirawi, which is also the country's distributor for Case Construction and one of the largest industrial conglomerates in the Arabian Gulf, presented a selection from its product offering. It displayed the JXT55, exemplifying the range with two tractor models with 55 and 75 horsepower; the JX 60, representing the JX tractor range comprising five models ranging from 59 to 98 horsepower; and the Puma 165. Available in four models from 135 to 180 horsepower, the Puma tractor series provides the perfect size and power for a wide variety of crop and livestock operations. A dedicated area was set up to showcase Case IH's selection of ground care tractors including the Multi-tasking Farmall® compact tractor, an ideal choice for many gardening and horticultural operations.

Therefore, during the fair, the brand organized its Africa & Middle East distributor meeting, a unique opportunity to explore and strengthen business opportunities in the Gulf area, in Africa and in the Middle East.
