BURR RIDGE, IL - (November 18, 2009) - CNH Global N.V. (NYSE: CNH) today announced the appointment of Andreas Klauser as President and Chief Executive Officer of Case IH Agricultural Equipment, replacing Randal W. Baker, effective November 30, 2009.
Mr. Klauser currently heads Case IH Agricultural Equipment business in Europe and has been with the Company for 19 years. He has extensive experience in the agricultural sector and has worked closely with Mr. Baker, who is leaving to pursue another professional opportunity.
