CNH Industrial primarily reports financial results under US GAAP but also reports under IFRS for statutory purposes. Financial statements under both sets of accounting principles use the US dollar as the reporting currency.

As a Dutch company listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE), CNH Industrial is subject to the requirements established for Foreign Private Issuers; however, CNH Industrial has chosen to voluntarily report its financial results under the periodic reporting forms for U.S. domestic filers (i.e., annual and quarterly reports on Forms 10-K and 10-Q).
